Q: How did you get to Charm City Cakes?: Worked for Charleston Restaurant in Baltimore during college. While in Napa, I was a stagiere at the French Laundry, then became Executive Pastry Chef of the Vail Cascade Hotel and Resort. After Colorado, went to DC to bake bread at Todd English’s Olives. After returning to Baltimore I was a personal Chef for two years and then opened up Charm City Cakes.
Q: What are your favorite hobbies: Playing bass
Q: Any other interesting tidbits about yourself or your past you’d like to share?: My favorite book is The Little Prince

Born on: April 25th, 1974
Title: Executive Sous Chef

Q: What are your favorite hobbies? Musician/Songwriter
Q: Any other interesting tidbits? I make the meanest Shephard’s pie south of the Pennsylvania Dutch border.

Mary Alice Fallon Yeskey
Born on: July 16, 1976
Responsibilities at Charm City Cakes: Dealing with our clients, answering the phone, replying to emails, keeping Duff calm.
Hometown: Born in Boston; grew up in Gaithersburg, MD; now call Baltimore home.
Education: Bachelors in English and Masters in Publication Design
Q: How did you get to Charm City Cakes?: I used to work in marketing for nonprofits. Then one day, Duff came to my office and asked me if I wanted a job that had nothing to do with my education, that paid way less, and had fewer benefits. Being no fool, I jumped at the chance. I’ve never been happier.
Q: What are your favorite hobbies: Making mix cd’s, riding Priscilla the Wonderbike, cleaning.
Q: Any other interesting tidbits you’d like to add? My favorite food is pierogies.
